I have a 02
dodge neon. It has been nothing but problems. My
radiator had to be replaced. my tranny had to be fixed. And now something else is wrong with it and i don't know what. I was off of work for 2 months and I could not pay. I went the them showing my last
pay stub being only $97.00 and they wanted me to give them all of it. Now I am back at work and they want me to pay 250 byweekly. I told them I only make 800 a month and they said if you can't pay it we will call the cobuyer. the cobuyer is my mom who is paying more than me a month for another
piece of *** car. is there anything I can do to get away from this place?

of course they want their money, didn't you sign a contract stating you'll pay monthly payments? who's fault is it, jd byrider or yours?
