CNAC is full of
crap and the
cars aren't worth the
money that you agree to pay for them. I have had nothing but problems from the day that I drove that
nightmare off the street. And God forbid you have an accident, you are locked in getting a jalopy that is supposed to be comparable to what you had... I was very disappointed in the manner in which I have been dealt with overall. If I had it all to do over again, I would've have never went to that dealership... If you want a dependable vehicle, JD Byrider is not the way to go...

TO EVERYONE WHO THINKS THEY ARE SOME ONE WHO HAS RIGHTS. WHEN SIGNING JD BYRIDERS/CNAC CONTRACT PLEASE READ IT EVEN IF IT TAKE ALL DAY. ON A CERTIAN PAGE IT SAYS THAT IF YOU DEFAULT ON YOUR LOAN AND IF THEY REPOSSESS THE CAR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CAR AND THIER LAWYER FEE. IN OTHER WORDS THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU LOSE YOUR JOB BECAUSE OF ILLNESS OR LAYOFF OR FIRED. THEY WILL PROBABLY LET YOU GET BY YEAH RIGHT IF YOU ARE DEAD I GUESS THEY CAN NOT GET BLOOD FROM A DOOR KNOB. THEY WILL NOT WORK OUT A LOWER PAYMENT PLAN TO FIT YOUR BUDGET. THEY ARE SELFISH AND EVIL COMPANY I ADVISE EVERYONE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. READ THE CONTRACT AND ASK QUESTIONS AND IF THE ANSWERS DOES NOT SUITE YOU .1 WALK 2. CATCH THE BUS.3. CALL THE CAB. HEY IT BEAT GOING TO COURT FOR SOMETHING YOU KNOW YOU DID NOT DO WRONG.

are you that stupid? you just can't walk away if you feel uncomfortable with the dealer, car and or financing? did they hold a gun to your head and make you sign the contract, it was your choice to accept their terms or not
