Another customer screwed by JDByRider and CNAC Finance Corp. They sold us a car for $10,000 in payments which is only worth $5,000. We test drove the vehicle and I noticed a wobble from the front end/tires. When we drove back I mentioned it to the salesman and he said they could fix it, for us to just bring it back. The contract was signed by my wife in whicch she did not know what they were doing with their parctice of swiftly taking a customer in and sign ing the contracts. I was outside on the phone with our insurance company getting the price of insurance for the car. The next thing I know they had her under contract without her husband on the contract. Then they also cheated her 600 miles off the warranty because they did not go outside to the car and physically write down the mileage. While my wife was driving home the check engine light came on.

This happened on a Friday. During the weekend I filled the car with gas only to notice the gas cap guts were missing from it. I drove the car to an auto parts facility to get the codes from the computer. The code was for a vacuum leak or the gas cap. When I took the car back the next week I noticed the pre sales inspection the vehicles go through and questioned the service department on how the car could have passed their inspection and pass Federal vehicle emissions test when the gas cap is included in that inspection prior to an inspection to pass.

Since then the Service Department has unsuccessfully repaired my wobble in replacing tire wheels, it has had two wheel alignments, and they still can't fix the problem. All they do is just change out parts, like many shops do in this day. It took three times for them to diagnose and repair the gas cap. The first time they replaced it with an aftermarket product which only made the check engine light come on again. The second time the code was the same as previous in which they could not find it and reset the codes only to have it happen again the third time.

I am writing this as an former auto repair facility owner besides rebuilding autos and motorcycles aznd large rotating diesel engines in the oil field and marine. I am not just some shmuck that does not know anything and can be blown off by the lame excuses about why the vehicle is like that. This company preys on poor soles trying to repair their credit, be it a divorce, death in the family, medical bills or whatever, they certainly take advantage on the repairs as well.

I would be glad to join a class-action law suit if anyway is contemplating. I have some powerful background and experience in the field and have plenty of fire power to back up the poor repair service. butterballwimpy at yahoo dot com.

What you're telling us is she moved forward to buy a car WITH KNOWN PROBLEMS. Golly, that sure was smart!

Because she bought a car with known problems, that's their fault, right? Incredible!

Under the Full Disclosure Law all companies have to provide a list of the problems and to further back that up you need to read up on the LEMON LAWS in your state before making a statement like this.If that Dealership failed to disclose the issues or to fix them then they are at fault. The Dealerships took advantage because she was not with her husband in order for him to review the paperwork and make sure that everything was proper as he is a licensed Mechanic. Therefore there was misrepresentation of fact plus that the car was defective from the get go so there is the lemon law that is also applicable in this situation.

Azs hole people buy use cars expect other people problems, you must have known that if the car was used that you will have some upgrading to do always talking about the value of something. Buy a ring from the jewelry store and take it to the pawn shop for a lawn and you will then understand how everything loses value.

Aa car is worth what you put in it!!!! UNTIL IT BECOMES A CLASSIC

Bought one car just to fix credit.second car was in an accident told me to pay deductible and I can look at inventory and would *** whatever was already paid towards new car.they gave me one car as an option! Allowed me to drive car all day and even told us to take our car home and return and all paperwork would be completed(they were busy) at closing time they told me they messed up my paperwork and we would not be able to take the car.my other vehicle is 25 miles away!

We had to walk home!

My payment is due in a day and I forked over all my money to the deductible.based all on their bad business and lies.i work full time and won't be able to come in to complete transaction before I owe them money.they screwed me over after buying 2 vehicles from them! I would love to file a class action lawsuit.angela.tullar@***.com

If JD Buyrider is such a bad company, and all you people have had bad experience's with them, then why are they still allowed to do business? hundreds of innocent people have got ripped off buy this company and they are still ripping people off, i dont understand it, are there any laws against this ***?

I think all the people who got screwed buy JD Byrider need to get together and take these lying people to court, The more people that get together the better your chances in seeing justice done. And i was going to go with them for a vehicle, Screw that i'll walk.

You test drive a car and there's a wheel wobble, you don't get it! They'll say anything to get you to buy.

That's why you do a test drive. It's not perfect during that test drive, you don't buy. Don't just go a few streets, you test drive it as long as you need. They have a problem, go somewhere else.

You buy from them, you take your car to an INDEPENDENT mechanic at another dealer for a check up.

You're not obligated to have them fix anything. Choose your own independent mechanic somewhere else.

We bought a car from this Dealership--in Baton Rouge with also a lot of problems. The co. went bankrupt and now we have no warranty on this vehicle.

So, it seems we're stuck with this car and all the repairs-we'll have to make.

If anyonee has any clue on what we can do, let me know.
