I purchased four (4) vehicles from these guys over 6 years. The last one was a 2004 Jeep Liberty.

The engine went out and they wanted me to pay $3000.00 for the engine AND continue my payments. Oh....did I mentioned I PURCHASED FOUR (4) VEHICLES FROM THESE GUYS?!?!? When I asked for some time or some type of payment plan, I was ignored and a few weeks later it shows on my credit report as a charge off! I still recommended that my wife go there for a vehicle.

Darren the "manager" kept mentioning me and pretty much focusing on the last vehicle that was charged off! Didn't even help her.

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY JD BYRIDER AGAIN! Darren "the manager" was not professional and obviously doesn't care about referrals or repeat business.
