Salesman wrote this to me after my car tore up and I emailed him.. Like he had done me a favor!!! He didn't mention that called me nonstop for 5 months to get me to come in!! Ya Austi. What a favor taking 1500 and selling me a POS!!

Deena...I am so sorry that this is happening, but like I said when you were here, no one here is going to tell you our vehicle isn't going to break. I did not take advantage of you, I sold you a car with a service department who will take care of you when things happen. I know that everyone here is bending over backwards to try to make this right, and you're wishing someone would take advatage of me when I have kids? Does that really seem like the proper way to go about it? I worked really hard to get you approved, Deena. Its not like it was a walk in the park for me to convince them to get you a loan. I don't know what else we could do. We cant change what had already happened, but the way we react to the issues is what makes us different.

About the deffered down payment, you're going to need to get ahold of your account manager by just calling up to the dealership, 417-863-****. I already gave your number to Clay (our service manager) and told him to call you ASAP. I am very sorry you are already running into problems but that is why we hold that warranty and back up our vehicles. Service will do the right thing, I promise.
