I've had my car for over 3 years have been a GREAT customer since they call every week and try and sell me a new car. (NEVER) We have came into some financial straights and only owe 1100 on a car that I've paid over 12,000 on and I contact my Customer Service Rep twice a week and we are ONLY 2 payments behind and I was just told on Sept 28, 2012 that we were okay.

Now today they come and repo'ed my car.

I will never buy a car from them again nor will I ever send anyone in there to buy anything. This is bs and all they do is LIE

Monetary Loss: $12000.

We were not late, sent payment and they repoed our car this morning. owed 946.00

They actually recieved payment from us this past saturday

Unfortunately there are no grace periods or anything that allows you to be late. The contract states that they will repo the car.

I've been trying to find a insurance company that will underwrite a policy that covers unemployment, illness or death. Any ideas where to get this? I had it when I purchased a new car in Hawaii. It was an extra warranty.

God forbid if you die before your car is paid off. THEY WILL BE RIGHT OUT TO REPO IT.
