I normally don't like writing reviews but I feel this one is highly needed to aware future buyers NOT to purchase a vehicle through JD Byrider. So, where do I start?

Well I had went to JD Byrider to look for a car considering I have two children and need to get them from here and there and also to work. I talked with the sales people and everything seemed all jolly until I actually found the car I liked which was a 2005 Hyundai. When I test drove the car with my mother in law everything was perfectly fine. We live in Williamsport and drove an hour away thinking this was going to be a good company to purchase a vehicle from but I was completely wrong.

While driving my vehicle I started to notice some weird things happening like, it would spit and sputter when taking off, the speedometer was 10 miles off of the speed I was going, there was a clicking noise in the driver side tire area. So I had made a call to the service department which they had me drive the hour to drop the car off on a Sunday for it to be serviced on Monday. I was even told that since I was dropping my car off on a Sunday that my vehicle was going to be the first thing they worked on as soon as they got in well that was a *** lie. I had called on Monday around 2-3pm to see if my car was finished considering I needed it for school only to find out that they literally just STARTED working on my vehicle.

I was livid. Then I had finally received a phone call at about after 4 saying the car was good to come pick. Me and my father in law arrived and went to the service department and everything was fine and dandy until the "Manager" if you want to call him that was completely IGNORANT! I had asked what I was going to be charged since I didn't have my money and considering the first service is suppose to be free as they say.

He then had made a comment to me stating that and I quote "I better have money if I need to pay anything because that is how they make a living to feed their kids" WHO SAYS THIS?! verrryyyy unprofessional! then he had the nerve to tell my father in law that he is an EMT or a Paramedic one of the two and didn't even enjoy working with people! Not only was I pissed off about that but then they had told me they ordered the wrong part to fix the speedometer so I had to make another appointment to get it fixed.

So about a month goes on and I call back to make another appt to get my car serviced and the speedometer fixed and 2 TIRES IN 1 WEEK HAD BLEW WHEN I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY WITH MY 2 CHILDREN IN THE BACKSEAT ON THE BUSIEST HIGHWAY IN WILLIAMSPORT!!! We took the tires off of the *** vehicle the tire rods are shot and we had to replace two tires ourselves because they decided to do a *** job and put on retreaded tires after telling us that pretty much everything on my vehicle was brand new including TIRES! Also, the front end alignment was never done like they have told me they did. Oh, and my fiance decided to go onto CarFax to see what all had happened to the vehicle and we found out it was in a car accident which I was never told and technically they are supposed to tell you that stuff.

Also, this *** vehicle I regret even buying is not the price I should be paying... To be honest, this car should be in a *** Junkyard!

So please people stay far away from these scammers!! All they want is your money, they dont give a CRAP about your safety!!!!!

Let me add, my registration was out on October 26th 2017 and when I went to go pick up my registration card mind you itโ€™s been over 3 months they said they never received it and things got messed up so they had to rewrite me a new registration sticker to put in the back of my window good until the end of this year!!
