Byrider - Run arounds
I waited 5 hours the first day, and had to come back because sales man had to leave which made me had to come back the next day to fill paper work out..Salesman apologized and paid for Uber Driver. 2nd day we came salesman forgot a document so i had to comeback i told him i couldnt the next day but on a Saturday, so on Saturday i came up he paid for my gas because of inconvience. That Saturday i told salesman to take my old Drivers tags off my old car he agreed so i went on vacation and came back my tags was still on old car....This my 3rd car with Jd, and i never had the run arounds with them..
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
