JD BYRIDER sold us a mini van. The van broke down 2 weeks later.
Its has been back to the "service department" 5 times now and we just got it in November of 2009. They say they can't find anything wrong with it. It's the transmission! They replaced so many things on it already...so they say.
I don't believe them! We are keeping the van there till they find out what is wrong with it. Their customer service stinks too. Every time you want to talk to a manager they are never there!!
Liars! And they never call you back either!
Don't buy a car here. It's sooooo not worth it!!
