We purchased a nice looking 2010 van from here in June 2018. We were excited about having the van until a problem is seeming to occur every month.

The good thing is that it is still under warranty, and i have to pay 25 dollars to have it fixed. This is a terrible inconvenience, i expressed to them i needed an updated reliable vehicle to get me and my children to our appts. and to work. This has affected my livelihood to the max, my job is on the line if i continue to miss days due to a nonworking vehicle.

The negative reviews are most definitely TRUE!!

I would advise no one to shop here, regardless of the desperation or need you may have. Please shop around and make no mistake of settling for less by going to JD Byrider

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

I liked: Look and up to date vehicles, Nice sales person, Down payment.

I didn't like: Breakdowns leaving me stranded, Having to miss work, Inconvenience of finding alternate transportation, Extra fees due while under warranty.
